Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Mavenic, an analytics application for Amazon sellers provided by Wicom Joint Stock Company ("Wicom", "we", "us"), 101 Lang Ha Street, Dong Da, Ha Noi, Vietnam. By creating an account or using Mavenic, you agree to them.
1. The service
Mavenic provides dashboards, alerts, and reports over data from your own Amazon selling account — orders, inventory, and sales — synced through the Amazon Selling Partner API after you authorize the connection. Mavenic is a read-only analytics tool: it does not modify listings, prices, or fulfillment settings.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You must be authorized to connect the Amazon selling account you link — either as its owner or with the owner's permission.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your Amazon connection
- You authorize Mavenic through Amazon's Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0) consent flow. We never ask for your Seller Central password.
- You may revoke Mavenic's access at any time in Seller Central → Manage Your Apps, or by disconnecting inside Mavenic.
- Our handling of Amazon data is governed by our Amazon Data Protection & Acceptable Use commitments and our Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
- Mavenic operates in compliance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. If Amazon's policies and these terms ever conflict with respect to Amazon data, Amazon's policies prevail.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; no charge is made before the trial ends.
- You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by law.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the service or attempt to access other customers' data; reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written agreement; use Mavenic to violate Amazon's policies or any law; or upload malicious code.
6. Intellectual property
Mavenic, its design, and its software remain our property. Your data remains yours: you grant us only the limited license needed to process it to provide the service. Insights derived from your Amazon business belong to you and are not used for any other purpose.
7. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service — including where Amazon's APIs are unavailable or rate-limited. We may improve or change features; if we materially reduce the service you pay for, you may cancel and receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid, unused fees.
8. Disclaimers
Mavenic is provided "as is". Figures shown are derived from data supplied by Amazon's APIs and may lag or differ from Seller Central. Mavenic provides operational analytics, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Business decisions remain your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions Amazon takes with respect to your selling account.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, synced Amazon data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith between the parties; failing that, they fall under the competent courts of Ha Noi, Vietnam.
